Step-by-Step Guide for OSH Events/Courses Vendors
Step 1: Sign Up as a Vendor
– Visit the WSHAsia Events/Courses page and register as an approved vendor.
– Review the WSHAsia Events/Courses Vendor Sales Agreement which will be sent to you via email and revert the signed copy to WSHAsia.
Step 2: List Your Courses
– Once your account is verified, log in to your Vendor Dashboard and add your events/courses under My Event/Course, click ‘+ New Event/Course’.
– Provide course details, including title, description, category (courses, ecourses, events), venue, ticket type, ticket price, number of tickets, date and time.
Step 3: Event/Course Approval & Listing
– WSHAsia reviews your event/course submissions for quality and relevance.
– Upon approval, your event/courses go live on WSHAsia Events/Courses, reaching our ≫33,000 safety professional subscribers through our newsletter and ≫50,000 monthly impressions on our social media.
Step 4: Customers Purchase Your Event/Course
– Safety professionals browse the marketplace and purchase your course through our secure payment gateway.
– WSHAsia processes all transactions via Stripe.
Step 5: Revenue Distribution
– After successful payment, Stripe deducts its administrative charges.
– WSHAsia retains 30% of the remaining amount as the platform fee.
– The remaining balance is transferred to you at the end of the agreed settlement cycle.
Step 6: Deliver Your Event/Course & Receive Payment
– Once a participant enrols, you will be notified to provide course access.
– Payment is transferred to your account after the completion of the payment cycle.
