The Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Association Joins World of Safety and Health Asia as Supporting Association

World of Safety and Health Asia (WSHAsia) is pleased to have The Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Association (HKOSHA) joining in as a new supporting association. HKOSHA was established on 16 December 1977 by a group of professional safety practitioners. It is the first non-profit making organization in Hong Kong to provide a wide range of occupational safety and health information for 43 years.
HKOSHA helps ensure that a high level of relevant support is delivered by safety professionals and in emerging areas, said Honorary Secretary of HKOSHA, Dr. Alex Tse. WSHAsia is founded for the purpose of gathering safety & health information for the benefit of every individual. Both HKOSHA and WSHAsia would work together to promote safety & health information via online platforms.
HKOSHA stands to focus their objectives in providing the interchange of occupational safety and health information and experience in Hong Kong. They continue to encourage solidarity and friendship among the occupational safety and health practitioners by liaising and communicating with organizations of similar nature in other parts of the world. HKOSHA also provides inquiry services on occupational safety and health information for the Industrial and Commercial sectors.
HKOSHA also maintains an active connection with occupational safety and health organizations worldwide. HKOSHA and WSHAsia would both benefit the society for spreading valuable information to keep everyone in safe hands. HKOSHA would continue to connect with safety practitioners through WSHAsia’s platform.
