The World of Safety and Health Asia Awards 2025 is back for another exciting year! Submissions for all categories will open on 22nd January 2025. The award ceremony will be streamed online on 4th September 2025, at 3 p.m. (GMT+8), continuing the tradition of celebrating excellence in the safety and health industry.

This year, World of Safety and Health Asia is proud to embrace a green concept, underscoring our commitment to sustainability. As part of this initiative:

• The official website for the Awards 2025 will also feature a green-themed colour design, symbolising our dedication to environmental responsibility.
• The winning trophy will not be presented to the winners by default. Instead, they will be available upon request, with recipients covering the production and shipping costs.

We hope all entrants and nominees will join us in embracing this green initiative, doing our part in reducing the carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable future.

WSHAsia Award 2025 will have three main categories, each featuring various sub-categories. Companies are invited to submit a maximum of three entries showcasing their exceptional products or services for a chance to win at this prestigious event. The following categories are open for submissions and nominations:

• OSH Solutions: Safety & Health, Technology, and Safety Start-ups.
• Industry Excellence: Industry Initiative Excellence Award (IIEA), Environmental Sustainability Award.
• Outstanding Safety Practitioner: Inspiring Woman in Safety Award, Young Safety Practitioner of the Year, Safety Influencer of the Year, and Safety. Influencers

Entries in each category will be judged by four respected judges from the health and safety industry across Asia. To be eligible, the products or services in the OSH Solutions category must have been launched between May 2022 and May 2025.

The judging criteria for the 2025 OSH Solutions and Industry Excellence Award will consist of two components. This year, overall scores will be determined by a panel of esteemed judges, while bonus points will be awarded based on votes garnered from industry stakeholders. The bonus points will be calculated based on social media engagement, as detailed below.

For the Outstanding Safety Practitioner Award, the judging criteria will be split into two components, each contributing 50% to the final score:

• 50% Judges Weightage: Determined by industry experts.
• 50% Verified Votes: Each nominee’s followers will vote for them through the voting website and their social media platforms. Bonus points will also be awarded based on social media engagement.
