In KBAT, our belief is ‘People Development is not an expense but an investment’; therefore we continuing emphasise the important of upgrading one’s skills and competency to ensure that they stay current and be readily employable.

KBAT works with several government agenices and associations to tap on the various funding schemes available so as to subsidise the cost of training for both individuals and organisations. We seek to offer quality yet affordable training for all.

KBA Training has been awarded a range of its training courses approved under the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme. Learning is a lifelong process. Workplaces, regulations and technologies will continue to evolve. It is important that workplace safety and health (WSH) officers keep pace with the developments, stay up-to-date, and expand their knowledge. It is a requirement for WSH officers in Singapore to take part in the CPD programme. For more information on the points requirements, please refer to SISO’s website. The courses offered by KBA Training range from local health and safety, and first aid courses, to courses recognised internationally.
