Singapore, October 2025 – World of Safety & Health Asia (WSHAsia) has officially introduced its Support the Mission initiative, a community-driven effort designed to ensure that safety knowledge remains freely accessible to every Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional across the Asia Pacific region. The initiative was first unveiled in the October 2025 issue of the WSHAsia e-Magazine and is now being highlighted across WSHAsia’s digital platforms. 

For years, WSHAsia has been guided by a simple but powerful belief: 

“You can’t prevent what you don’t know”

From the beginning, the WSHAsia e-Magazine has been offered at no cost, providing open access to safety insights, industry trends, expert contributions, and real-world stories that help organisations strengthen their workplace safety culture.

Born From the Community’s Voice

The Support the Mission initiative began after receiving numerous messages from readers who shared how the free publication improved their safety practices, enhanced team training, or helped spark new ideas within their organisations.

Many expressed a desire to support WSHAsia’s mission out of appreciation for the positive impact that accessible OSH knowledge has brought to their work.

Rather than creating a paywall or subscription model, WSHAsia chose a different path, an open invitation for the community to stand behind the mission of keeping safety knowledge free, inclusive, and available to all.

Strengthening a Shared Purpose

Support the Mission is not about funding a magazine, it is about sustaining a movement.
Each expression of support helps WSHAsia:

• Expand the reach of the e-Magazine across Asia Pacific
• Continue delivering credible, practical, and life-saving OSH content every two months
• Maintain open access for all readers, regardless of budget or geography
