Fera Shima is an industrial hygiene consultant, Managing Director of Quinz Industrial Hygiene Consultancy & Services, and a PhD candidate at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). With approximately 12 years of experience in occupational health, she conducts workplace assessments covering chemical exposure, indoor air quality, noise, and heat stress. She is a registered chemist, professional technologist, and accredited trainer. Her work focuses on turning exposure assessment findings into practical measures that protect workers’ health.
