SCIC – Globally Harmonised System (GHS) “Chemical Users Course-2.0”

Course Description

The course will provide personnel from companies dealing with chemicals (chemical users) a fundamental understanding of the Globally Harmonised System (GHS) system, the processes of chemical classification and hazards communication through the use of labels and safety data sheets in accordance to the requirements in the latest revision SS 586: 2022.

The course will also provide perspectives on industry initiatives and endeavours towards an aligned regional approach to implementing GHS with the objective in minimising technical barriers to trade.
