Noviaji Joko Priono is a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with more than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the Universitas Indonesia and currently serves as Head of Fire Safety at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia.
He is also the Chairman of ASLIK3 Indonesia, a non-profit organization promoting occupational safety, health, and environmental protection in the industrial sector. In addition, Joko is the founder of HSEpedia.com, an HSE knowledge portal, and is active as a lecturer and speaker at universities and national seminars.

In 2025, Noviaji Joko Priono, together with his team, successfully maintained the company’s achievement as the Best Safety Plant among all Hyundai manufacturing plants for three consecutive years, achieving zero accidents and high safety performance scores. Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia also received the Zero Accident Award and the Safety Committee Award from the Government of Indonesia, recognizing the company’s strong commitment to workplace safety and health.
He also contributed to the company achieving the highest level certification of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
