He actively promotes hazard identification and reporting among operators and supervisors, encouraging workers to take responsibility for identifying unsafe conditions before incidents occur. Through regular safety interactions, toolbox talks, and workplace inspections, he reinforced compliance with safe work procedures, correct use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to operational safety standards. He also support supervisors and operators in addressing equipment defects and unsafe conditions promptly to prevent potential incidents. Additionally, he contributed to the activation of the March 2026 workplace safety campaign themed “Why Do I Work Safely.” His role included developing safety awareness content and supporting the design of campaign materials used to engage employees and promote personal accountability in safety. In addition, he contributed to the activation of a workplace safety awareness campaign themed “Why Do I Work Safely,” which encouraged employees to reflect on personal reasons for working safely, such as their families and communities. His contribution included developing safety awareness messages and supporting the design of campaign materials used in posters and internal communication platforms. By listening to workers’ concerns and encouraging them to speak up about hazards, he help create an environment where safety is viewed as a shared responsibility rather than a rule imposed from above. He also use practical examples during safety discussions to make safety messages relatable to everyday tasks in mining operations. My involvement in developing safety awareness content and materials for campaigns such as “Why Do I Work Safely” helped communicate safety messages in a way that connects with employees on a personal level. Through continuous engagement, encouragement, and visible commitment to safe practices, he have been able to influence workers to take ownership of safety, actively report hazards, and support workplace initiatives that promote safer operations.

True influence in safety comes from building trust and encouraging others to take responsibility for their own safety and that of their colleagues. In his daily work at JVChantete Earthworks Ltd, he actively engage with workers, encourage open discussions about hazards, and promote proactive reporting of unsafe conditions. He believe listening to employees and involving them in safety conversations helps build a stronger safety culture. Through safety awareness initiatives, workplace engagements, and practical safety messaging, he aim to make safety meaningful and relatable.
