He implemented enhanced traffic management systems integrating IVMS, RFID access control, and real-time monitoring, significantly reducing vehicle-related risks. He strengthened lifting operations governance through competency validation, lifting plans, and critical supervision, eliminating high-risk lifting incidents.

Additionally, he introduced targeted interventions addressing slips, trips, and manual handling risks, resulting in measurable reductions in minor injuries and near misses. He also drove contractor accountability by implementing structured HSSE action tracking aligned with contractual obligations, improving compliance rates across EPC contractors. His contributions extended to environmental and welfare improvements, ensuring compliance with international standards and enhancing workforce wellbeing. These achievements collectively elevated project safety performance and established a benchmark for HSSE excellence within the organisation.

He also introduced “PWAS system implementation", focusing on protection of pedestrians and to avoid unforeseen incidents. Additionally an initiative of "refursbished telehandler forks" have also been executed with a view to ensure safe handling of lengthy torque tubes.

To strengthen workforce engagement, he conducted targeted training programmes on manual handling, hazard recognition, and behavioural safety, fostering a proactive safety mindset. Digital tools such as ThinkProject and real-time reporting systems were leveraged to improve transparency and decision-making.
