He had achieved zero accidents despite working in a very high-risk environment in 2025. He was promoted from being a safety officer in Kenya to oversee Safety, Health, and Environment implementation in East Africa as the Safety Manager. He has received multiple awards from the company clients as the best HSE performer. He has immensely contributed to Occupational Safety and Health Policies being implemented in Kenya through the Directorate of occupational safety and Health. He has organised boot camps and trainings to mentor young safety professionals in universities in Kenya.
