He established HSSE Council platforms to review key performance indicators such as TRIR, LTIR, DART, and Good Catches, driving accountability and continuous improvement.

He strengthened contractor management through a robust pre-qualification framework mandating bizSAFE and ISO certification, supported by audits and performance reviews. He enhanced digitalisation through platforms such as JLL competency management systems to improve reporting transparency and workforce capability.
