In 2024, Dr Sri spearheaded multiple safety and health initiatives, significantly enhancing Occupational Health and Safety standards at his organisation. These included the introduction of a Mental Health Support Framework, improved ergonomics training programmes, and integration of AI-driven risk assessment tools to predict and prevent workplace accidents. Dr Sri also organised quarterly health and safety town halls, reaching over 1,000 employees nationwide, and collaborated with industry partners to conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging occupational hazards. These contributions reduced incident rates by 30% and cultivated a proactive safety culture within the organisation.
