He introduced wireless control systems for SGB trailers, anti-collision devices for gantry cranes, and proximity sensors on excavators to improve equipment safety. To address environmental and operational risks, he deployed a water monitoring system, solar-powered CCTV, and a marine bathtub synchronised jacking system. Safety at height was enhanced through movable parapet wall platforms and Spanset lifeline systems, while lightweight inflatable life jackets helped mitigate heat stress. Additional measures included Kevlar PPE for wire saw work, SCS on lorry cranes, and a multilingual lifting team flipbook to ensure safe lifting operations.
