About Jet Li Jiongshen
Jet has been a WSH Practitioner for the past 22 years. He started off his career as a Safety Supervisor and eventually through trainings and experience, he became an MOM Registered WSH Officer. Having worked in multiple MNCs, he had successfully improved their WSH capabilities through improving processes by incorporating safety as well as constant engagement with different stakeholders.

In 2024, Jet Li Jiongshen had constantly sent out eDMs to all Facility Managers on a monthly basis. These included topics which not only addresses the safety aspects but health as well. Topics such as healthy diet, mental well-being, and adverse weather in the eDMs were well received and through site visits, Jet ensures that the topics were briefed to the employees on the ground.
To improve WSH capabilities of the company, Jet revamped and implemented the risk assessment, by adding additional control measures to further lower the risk levels of work activities. Being an active advocate for WSH culture, he frequently engages the management for site walks to help them understand the ground better and this resulted in a morale boost for the employees. Thus, employees are better positioned to carry their work safely and more productive. In August 2024, he worked with the Health Promotion Board to hold a WSH Seminar in the company focusing on good dietary habits and mental wellness. This seminar was well received by the participants and a timely reminder that employees should not only ensure their work is carried out safely but also to mind their health.
