Jena Manasa Prasad working as a registered Safety Officer (Senior Workplace Health and Safety Officer) at Obayashi Singapore Private Limited. These efforts improved safety performance and worker behaviour through reduced incidents, better compliance, enhanced safety awareness, and positive feedback from workers and supervisors. He conducted personal development trainings for all site personnel to comply with safety standards at the site. He achieved SHARP award for the project in 2024 by WSH Council Singapore.
