Agung Supriyadi contributions in implementing Workplace Safety and Health in his workplace can be explained by TOP that stands for Technical, Organisational, and Personnel.
Technical means improvement of Safety and Health using engineering control. He negotiated top managements to have enough budget for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for increasing fire control systems, emergency response, and safety mechanical lifting. He also performed strict monitoring to the project so it can meet expectations from many people.
Organisational means improvement of Safety and Health using management system. He ensured each plant can comply with the Safety and Health regulations. He also introduced plants to have better management system as per required by government and clients.
Personnel means improvement of Safety and Health that focuses on the workers. Programmes that can be grouped in these activities are training and behavioural-based safety programmes. He contributed to the training programmes by directing new training materials, becoming a trainer himself, and sending correct candidate to have external training. While in behavioural-based programme, he contributed by encouraging people to report any hazard that they meet, establish workers golden rule, and conduct surveys on behavioural-based programmes.

Agung Supriyadi started influencing people on Workplace Safety and Health by giving important backgrounds for them. It can be a problem or an opportunity. For management, the backgrounds can be related to business, compliance, and cost. For employees, the backgrounds can be related to themselves, their activities, or even their family. Once people understand the backgrounds, he can provide them with some options to prevent or achieve the backgrounds. He can give them the best options with reasons so they can provide feedback to him. He will also, of course, adjust the options according to people’s conditions. In the end, he can conclude what is the best option that they will perform and how they can achieve it together. Every action must be monitored so it can perform consistently. He also will report it to interested parties so that they can have improvement initiatives taken.

Their Total Recordable Incident Rate, as a lagging indicator, can be decreased more than 56% from 2021 to 2024. Their HSE Hazard Report, as a leading indicator, can be increased more than 800% from 2021 to 2024.

A safety influencer must have Workplace Safety and Health as his/her “Ikigai”. Ikigai is discovering our purpose through exploring the intersection of what we love, what we are good at, what the world needs, and what we can be paid for.
Workplace Safety and Health is what Agung Supriyadi love. He loves initating many programmes to influence people in WSH such as hazard report, Health and Safety Month, and safety machine checking. He performs many training courses for employees such as Ergonomic Training, Fire Safety Training, and Risk Assessment Training. Health and Safety is what he is good at. He has good educational background, graduating from Universitas Indonesia and Health and Safety relevant training. People considered him as good in WSH by awarding him several awards from many parties. WSH what the world needs. In Indonesia, according to National Insurance, there were 152.246 workers who died because of workplace accidents. This data summarises the important of WSH to prevent any death or even any accident in workplaces. WSH is what he can get paid for. He has monthly salary from his 13 years career. He also receives payment from his activities in communities.
