Some of my key accomplishments were creating and developing a comprehensive safety culture programme that resulted achieve more than 2400 days free from recordable incidents and got zero accident award, safety culture and best management system award, and also safety committee award from government.
I also spearheaded the development of new safety programme, including ergonomic assessments and hazard controls, which contributed to a safer and more ergonomic work environment. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in conducting regular safety trainng, observation, audits and inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards before they posed a risk to employees.
Additionally, I led a team in creating emergency response plans and drills, ensuring that our organisation was well-prepared to handle any crisis effectively. This proactive approach led to improved emergency response times and minimised the impact of incidents on our operations.
