The hardcopy Pre-use Checklist for Hotwork was digitalised, meaning the user need to scan a QR code to fill up a digital form. The digitalised form show the user if the pre-use check has been conducted and showed a "fit for use", "not fit for use", or blank status. It prevent our staff from operating a defective equipment.
