The Dubai Municipality (DM) is the Emirate's largest government institution in terms of services rendered and projects executed. DM has jurisdiction over city services, including waste management, health and public safety, Food Safety, and planning and construction services. As part its strategic, vision a centralised Command and Control Center (CCC) is operational since September 2022 which integrate Internal systems, monitor services and operations, report incidents, emergency and crisis, and respond to incidents and events, this state-of-the-art facility plays a vital role in safeguarding the city's residents and visitors.
