Initiative Description
Implemented of Effluent Water for Scrubber System Objective: Suitability of effluent water use in a scrubber system, to handle Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) and maintain acceptable levels of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and pH.
Effluent Water TOC Level: Below 300 ppm
pH Level: Approximately 3 (indicating an acidic and corrosive nature)
Dissolution Capacity: The effluent water was able to dissolve up to 1% of our product, Methyl Methacrylate (MMA). This qualified the effluent water as potential scrubber water.
