Initiative Description
All trainees will be required to undergo 9 different stations. They will be required to watch short training videos from a tablet, placed at each station, on how to complete each station. The training facilitator will get the trainees to verbalise and re-enact what they have watched and understood from the video. What is important about this initiative is that it provides the workers with improved understanding and helps them to retain the WAH information for a longer period.
