To enhance employees and business sssociates skill and safety competency, TPSODL launched the 15 no of TPSODL Safety and Skill Development Institute(TSSDI) with Hands-on Technical Training Centre (HoTT) at Ambagada with state of art and innovation training facility. This HoTT is unique and advance in nature due to the below mentioned features like:

1. Smart class room with online and offline lecture facility.
2. Conceptual painting and display of various creatives on safety and skill Improvement.
3. Display of tools, PPEs, and workshop table for practical session.
4. Dedicated assessment and library desk for the training participants.
5. Fully equipped practice yard for LT and HT line demo.
6. QR code based learning and SOP display with pictorial design and regional language.
7. Provision for VR training and other training like road safety, lifting safety, etc.
