Initiative Description
ASHGHAL has established an Occupational Health Monitoring Program (OHSMS) to streamline the submission of KPIs, incident reports, safety plans, and staff approvals. This program facilitates consultant and contractor assessment, enhancing project efficiency. Monthly project contractor assessments are submitted online. The primary goal is to align with Qatar National Vision 2030, reducing environmental impact by minimising paperwork. Additionally, it aims to develop safety training programmes for performance improvement. The OHSMS utilises a checklist referencing QCS, Labor Law, Traffic Law, and other relevant regulations, overseen by ASHGHAL's Safety team.
