To prevent hand injuries caused by unauthorised machine operations, a fingerprint sensor is used in the BARBENDING machine with 30-minute off delay timer. This ensures that only authorised operators can use the machine, preventing accidental operations by helpers and other unauthorised individuals. The fingerprint sensor checks if the operator is authorised, the machine begins operation; otherwise, it remains off. This technology can be applied to other machines to enhance safety and security.
