Touch The Heart (TTH) is the initiative aimed at introducing safe best practices within our workforce at our project site. Specifically targeted towards site workmen, contractor owner, and project in charges, TTH obtains feedback from on-site personnel on EHS related matters. Each session of TTH lasts for less than 15 minutes and is conducted in an open and casual manner. Only 5-15 workers per session allows for a richer and effective interaction. Discussions primarily focus on EHS issues such as labour welfare, transport, hygiene, drinking water facilities, camp issues, lessons learnt, best practices, etc. A report is prepared for each session and appropriate actions will be taken. These sessions will help the workmen to open up about their on-site and camp concerns. Once effective steps were taken to solve their grievances, there was a visible change in their attitude towards safety.
