AGENT SHE, launched in 2020 at PT Bukit Asam Tbk, addresses mining safety risks through department representatives who promote safety culture. Initially, its impact was limited, prompting the SHE BUAS team to revamp it in 2023. The program now has 250 members, has saved IDR 573 million per year, and helped the company achieve a proactive safety culture. This revamp has made AGENT SHE more structured and impactful, strengthening safety practices across all sectors.
